Those are things you can eat to have clearer skin. They also make you healthier,gives you good vitamins,make you strong and if you plan on being prengnant it will also give more strenght to the baby wich is a good thing becaus your kid will have extra vitamins and will have less truble doing sports and adapting to something new. exemple:moving to another country with different food.
